The MIDB EEG Summer Short Course is a two-day training designed to provide foundational and applied knowledge in EEG research methods. Day 1 will consist of a didactic introduction to EEG theory and methods. Day 2 will provide hands-on training in MATLAB and EEGLAB, with guided demonstrations and practice working through common EEG preprocessing and analysis workflows. Participants will engage in a combination of lectures, demonstrations, and interactive activities. The course is intended for trainees (e.g., graduate students, post-docs) and staff with beginner to intermediate EEG experience, though individuals at all levels are welcome. It will take place over two half-days on 7/30 and 7/31.
