After six impactful years with the MnDRIVE Neuromodulation Core, Marina Bryants has transitioned from her role to take on an exciting new opportunity within the MnDRIVE community. She has been named Assistant Director of Research Operations for the newly established Epilepsy Center, led by MnDRIVE scholar Dr. Sandip Pati.
This transition reflects a natural and seamless progression. The Neuromodulation Core is deeply committed to supporting new and early-career faculty, and Marina has worked closely with Dr. Pati since his arrival at the University of Minnesota in 2024, serving as project manager for his research initiatives. Her leadership and experience will continue to strengthen this important area of growth in epilepsy research.
Stepping into the role of Project Manager for the MnDRIVE Neuromodulation Core is Kaylee Lymon. Kaylee brings three years of experience within the University of Minnesota’s Department of Neurology, where she managed multiple stroke research protocols. She previously practiced as a speech-language pathologist and earned both her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in speech-language pathology from the University of Minnesota. Her strong clinical and research background makes her a valuable addition to the team.
Marina’s colleagues in the Neuromodulation Core are excited to see her thrive in this next chapter and are equally enthusiastic to welcome Kaylee into her new role.
Congratulations to Marina on your exciting new role!
