Our Walks are powerful community‑centered gatherings that bring together individuals, families, caregivers, and supporters to show support for people impacted by epilepsy and seizures.
Each walk is free and offers a welcoming, upbeat space to spend time together and support epilepsy programs and services across Minnesota, featuring fun activities, local speakers, and opportunities to connect with others who share a connection to epilepsy.
Walk to honor or remember a loved one, recognize your own epilepsy journey, or support someone you care about—whether you attend on your own, with family and friends, or as part of a team.
