The Department of Surgery is hosting a guest lecture that may be of interest to neuromodulation researchers and the MnDRIVE Brain Conditions community! Dr. Levinthal’s research is in neurogastroenterology which involves the use of neuroanatomical tracing and neurophysiological techniques like transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) to investigate how the cerebral cortex influences autonomic regulation of the gastrointestinal tract, the gut-brain axis.
Please join us for an enlightening lecture on the mind-body connection, followed by a light reception.
Thank you,
The REVEAL Team
